2 medium english cucumbers, peeled |
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
1 tablespoon plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced |
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
sea salt, to taste |
fresh ground black pepper, to taste |
fresh thyme leave, as garnish |
Directions:
1. Half cucumbers lengthwise. 2. Scoop seeds and centers into small bowl. Add cheese, yogurt, and spices. Mix well. 3. Spoon mixture into cucumbers. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for 10 minutes. 4. Cut into small wedges, garnish, and serve. |
