Recipe from a local market Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package herbed feta cheese, crumbled |
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese (neufchatel) |
1 tablespoon milk |
3 dashes fresh ground pepper |
vegetables or cracker |
Directions:
1. Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, milk and pepper in a small mixing bowl. 2. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixture is well combined and of desired spreading consistency. 3. Cover and chill until ready to serve, up to 3 days. |
