This is my favorite homemade crouton recipe. Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground thyme |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cut bread into 1/4 inch cubes. 2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. 3. Toss well. 4. Bake at 350°F until crispy. 5. Enjoy! |
