Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup(s) 3/4-inch bread cubes
1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley
2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped chives
3/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon(s) leamon juice
3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
1 head(s) torn romain lettuce
1 teaspoon(s) water
Directions:
1. Combine bread cubes, parsley, chives, and olive oil. Season with salt & pepper if desired.
2. Spread on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and toast in a 350 oven for 12 minutes.
3. Stir together parmesan cheese, sour cream mayonnaise, lemon juice, water, pepper.
4. Toss with romain lettuce. and the croutons.
5. Season with salt & pepper.
