Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup(s) 3/4-inch bread cubes |
1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley |
2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped chives |
3/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon(s) leamon juice |
3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise |
1/3 cup(s) sour cream |
1 head(s) torn romain lettuce |
1 teaspoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. Combine bread cubes, parsley, chives, and olive oil. Season with salt & pepper if desired. 2. Spread on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and toast in a 350 oven for 12 minutes. 3. Stir together parmesan cheese, sour cream mayonnaise, lemon juice, water, pepper. 4. Toss with romain lettuce. and the croutons. 5. Season with salt & pepper. |
