Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 cup uncooked couscous
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine chicken broth and water in a saucepan; boil. Stir in uncooked couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in parsley, chives, and salt.
