Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup uncooked couscous |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken broth and water in a saucepan; boil. Stir in uncooked couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in parsley, chives, and salt. |
