Ingredients:
2 cups couscous |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon butter |
salt and pepper |
1/2 bunch scallion, finely sliced |
1/4 cup fine diced spanish onion |
1 to 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Bring water, 1 tablespoon salt, and butter to a boil. Add couscous, remove from heat and stir quickly and thoroughly. Cover for 5 minutes. Moisture will be absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Add scallions, Spanish onion and rice wine vinegar |
