This is incredible!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
8 ears sweet corn, husked |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. 2. Spread 1 tablespoon over each ear of corn. 3. Wrap corn individually in heavy-duty foil. 4. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, or until corn is tender. |
