2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 egg, beaten |
2/3 cup milk |
oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. In large bowl,toss chopped chicken with salt,parsley,& lemon juice. 2. Set aside for 15 minutes. 3. In seperate,large bowl,combine flour,baking powder,egg& milk,stir to blend well. 4. Add flour mixture to chicken,mix well. 5. In a large frying pan,heat 1 inch of oil to 375 degrees F. 6. Drop by TB into hot oil,frying in batches about 2 minutes,until golden brown. 7. Drain on paper towels,and serve with dipping sauce. |
