1 1/3 lbs hamburger |
2 tablespoons dry red wine |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herb (thyme, chives, sage, and or or parsley) |
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Prepare hot grill. In a medium bowl, mix beef with wine, herbs, mustard, salt and pepper. 2. Divide into 4 patties. 3. Place patties on oiled grill. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred on the outside, but still pink in the middle. 4. Meanwhile toast buns. Serve burgers on the buns. |
