Ingredients:
1 pound cooked small bay shrimp |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 thinly sliced scallions |
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, scallions, tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Serve chilled with rye crackers. |
