Leave out the butter and use the spices as a rub to make this lower in fat and calories. Bake it or grill it. Use it on chicken or fish. Cook time noted is an estimate. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon onion, grated |
1 garlic clove, pressed |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon dried sage |
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram |
Directions:
1. Mix the butter and spices. 2. Drizzle over chicken. 3. Bake at 375* until done. |
