Herbal Baked Eggs

Simple fancy egg dish solo, I like this with some proscuitto crisped in the oven alongside.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of butter
3 teaspoons of heavy cream
1 large egg, fresh as possible
2 teaspoons of soft herbed chevre or boursin cheese
fresh ground pepper
chopped chives or parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to a hot 450 degrees.
2. Place the butter and the cream in a 3/4 cup custard cup.
3. Break the egg into the center.
4. Dot with cheese and use remaining cream on top.
5. Place in small square baking dish and fill it with boiling water, less than halfway.
6. Bake in oven for 7 to 10 minutes, til the egg reaches your level of desired doneness.
7. Serve sprinkled with herb of choice.
8. Bake a few slices of proscuitto on a slightly oiled baking sheet for the five minutes or so, to crisp but not burnt.
9. Eat and enjoy your fancy breakfast.
