This is a fqavorite in my house. It is quick, healthy and flavorful Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 zucchini |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1 minced garlic clove |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice Zucchini into 1/2 inch slices. 2. Heat Olive oil in saute pan at high heat. 3. Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt, a few grinds of pepper, Thyme and garlic. 4. Toss or stir zucchini until just tender - about 8-10 minutes. |
