Herb-Yogurt Tomatoes

A wonderful side dish to pare with fish, chicken or steak. Definitely a nice change from the typical meat and potato standard.
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, cored and halved crosswise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2/3 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Place tomato halves cut side up, in an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, flour and seasoning.
3. Spoon mixture onto tomato halves.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are heated through.
