2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons italian herb seasoning |
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic, vinegar, herbs and mustard in a small bowl. 2. Whisk in the oils slowly, blending until mixture thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
