Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix garlic, vinegar, herbs and mustard in a small bowl.
2. Whisk in the oils slowly, blending until mixture thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
