A lovely snack, and very simple. Works well using any herb of choice. Ingredients:
1 slice bread |
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
1 pinch mixed herbs |
Directions:
1. Toast one side of the bread. 2. Brush the uncooked side with the olive oil and sprinkle over the herbs. 3. Toast, cut into strips if preferred, and serve. |
