Delicious, moist, and flavorful stuffing Ingredients:
1/4 cup basting oil |
8 ounces diced celery |
8 ounces diced onions |
1 tablespoon herbes de provence |
2 tablespoons butter |
32 ounces chicken stock |
1 lb stuffing cubes |
1 granny smith apple |
Directions:
1. heat the oil on medium high. add onion and celery and cook for 5 mins. 2. add herbs and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 3. add butter and stock and bring to a simmer. 4. combine with croutons and grated apple. 5. add mixture to backing dish. 6. back on center rack of oven or 30 mins or until stuffing is browned and cooked through. |
