The Horn of the Moon by Ginny Callan Ingredients:
4 large boiled eggs |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped |
1/2 teaspoon dijon style mustard |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks carefully and put in a small bowl and mash. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients except paprika. 3. Place egg whites on a plate. Stuff with filling and sprinkle with paprika. |
