Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 shallot, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, and minced shallot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. *2 Tbsp. minced sweet onion may be substituted.
