Try this with grilled, steamed, or Cornmeal-Fried Artichokes. Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 shallot, minced |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, and minced shallot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. *2 Tbsp. minced sweet onion may be substituted. |
