Here is a great tasting replacement for salt for those that want to cut the salt out of thier diet but have that salty taste. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon ground basil |
1 teaspoon ground marjoram |
1 teaspoon ground thyme |
1 teaspoon ground parsley |
1 teaspoon ground savory |
1 teaspoon ground mace |
1 teaspoon ground onion powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground sage |
Directions:
1. Combine all the seasonings. 2. pour into a salt shaker and use in place of salt or use as any herb saesoning would be. |
