Herb Salad Mix With Tomatoes, Pepper, and Feta

From Real Simple magazine. You will have leftover salad dressing
Ingredients:
6 cups lettuce (5-oz package store-bought herb salad mix)
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup pita chips, broken
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a serving bowl, toss together salad mix, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, pita chips, and feta.
2. Whisk together dressing ingredients OR place in a lidded glass jar and shake to combine.
3. Drizzle salad with 4 tablespoons of dressing and toss well.
