1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon dried savory, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 1/2-3 lbs meaty chicken pieces |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine all herbs/spices. Sprinkle evenly over chicken and rub in with fingers. 2. Grill bone side up on lightly greased rack of uncovered grill directly over medium heat for 35-45 minutes until tender and no longer pink, turning once halfway through cooking. |
