Ingredients:
12 new potatoes (about 2 pounds), cut into wedges |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl; spread mixture evenly into a lightly greased, aluminum foil-lined 13- x 9-inch baking dish. 2. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until tender. |
