A simple way to prepare potatoes with lots of flavor Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
1 tsp. thyme, dried |
1 tsp. marjoram, dried |
2 lb. red potatoes, quartered and unpeeled |
parsley to garnish |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 2. In mixing bowl, combine 1st 5 ingredients and mix well 3. Add potatoes a few at a time and toss to coat 4. Put in single layer onto baking sheet 5. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture 6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally 7. Sprinkle with parsley |
