Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin |

I hate grilling so am always looking for nice ways to roast meats, this sounded good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon marjoram |
1 teaspoon sage |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients but pork in zip-lock bag. 2. Add pork and turn to coat. 3. Chill and marinate at least 2 hours. 4. Discard marinade and roast at 350F for 40 minute or until meat reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. |
