This is a fast and simple recipe that you can serve in many different ways. Ingredients:
24 ounces canned chicken |
1 cup of chopped roasted pecan |
1/4 cup celery |
1 tablespoon spring onion |
1 tablespoon thyme |
1 tablespoon basil |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Before roasting pecan, coat them with one egg white. 2. Bake pecans at 250 for 20 minutes. 3. Shred chicken. 4. Chop fresh herbs. 5. Combined ingredients. 6. for dressing combined a 1/4 cup of sour cream with a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise then add 1/2 TBLS of lemon juice. 7. Combined with the salad. |
