8 whole beets, peeled |
16 garlic cloves, peeled |
1/4 cup red wine |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh thyme |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). 2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.Bake for about 1 hour or until tender. |
