This is a family favorite served with grilled shish kabob on top. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white rice |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon thyme, dried |
1/4 teaspoon basil, dried |
1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1/4 ounce instant chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot and cook as you would plain rice. |
