This is a family favorite served with grilled shish kabob on top.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
1/4 teaspoon basil, dried
1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/4 ounce instant chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot and cook as you would plain rice.
