We suggest stirring a spoonful or two into lightly beaten eggs to make a seasoned omelet or scrambled eggs. Ingredients:
2/3 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves |
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
1/4 cup cold water |
1 to 2 garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. |
