Directions:
1. Separate the yolk from the white of the egg, putting the white in a soup bowl and reserving the yolk. 2. Add salt and pepper to the white and beat until foamy. 3. Beat in the yolk, milk and herbs. 4. Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. 5. Add egg. Shake pan so mixture is evenly distributed. 6. Cook 1-2 minutes to set the egg, then roll out onto a serving plate. |
