Herb Marinated Baked Chicken |

A little something I picked up from Everyday Italian. Gotta love Giada. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds |
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
fresh basil |
1 garlic clove |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine ingredients for the marinade in a gallon zip lock bag, add the chicken, and marinate for as long as you can. 2. 2. when the chicken is done marinating throw it on the grill. 3. 3. For the dressing, combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender, start blending and slowly add the olive oil. |
