From super food ideas. Totally suitable for diabetics. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup fresh herb (such as parsley, basil, mint, thyme, finely chopped) |
2 garlic cloves (crushed) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine yoghurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a screw top jar. 2. Secure lid and shake well to combine. 3. Recommended for drizzling over lamb, spinach or green salad. 4. Will keep in jar for up to 2 days in the fridge. |
