The leftover cream can be used as a sandwich spread, on baked potatoes, or with grilled chicken. Ingredients:
2/3 cup fat-free sour cream |
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives |
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill. |
