A great appetizer while you're waiting for your pasta to cook. Adjust all flavors to your taste, these quantities are just a starting place, I change it every time I make it. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 tbl fresh garlic,minced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tbl parsley
kosher salt
blk pepper to taste
crushed red pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients completely
2. Put a pinch on a small plate, add some fine E.V.O.O.
3. Use a small piece of crusty Italian bread to blend herbs and oil
4. Taste bread, adjust the seasonings to your personal taste
5. To serve, start with a pinch or two on a plate, add the oil and blend herbs when dipping with bread
6. Add additional oil until herbs on plate are used up
7. Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.
