4 ounces goat cheese, softened |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
3 tablespoons assorted chopped fresh herbs |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper to taste |
fresh cut vegetables |
Directions:
1. Process goat cheese, yogurt, chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh cut vegetables. |
