A dip recipe from the Watonga cheese festival here in Oklahoma. Tastes great with veggies or crackers! Easy on the diet, too! Ingredients:
1 pkg (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened |
3 tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt |
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley |
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill |
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1/2 tsp. onion powder |
dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover and refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers. |
