Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups self-rising cornmeal |
3/4 cup self-rising flour |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups milk |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs, milk and butter in a separate bowl, and add to the bowl of dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
