Herb & Butter New Potatoes |

A great way to serve new potatoes. Very simple and very tasty. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs new potatoes |
1/4 cup butter, softened at room temperature |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary |
salt |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half. 2. Place potatoes in medium saucepan. 3. Cover with lightly salted water. 4. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 5. Drain well. 6. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently until potatoes are coated. |
