1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 shallot, minced |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Transfer butter to center of a piece of plastic wrap; shape into 1 1/2-inch-thick log. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
