This bread is an absolute must. I never have leftovers. Fun to eat and delicious,will be a hit with any crowd. Ingredients:
1/2c grated parmesan cheese |
3/4tsp dried parsley flakes |
1/4 tsp dill weed |
1/8tsp each dried thyme,basil and rosemary,crushed |
1/4c butter,melted |
2 tsp minced garlic |
1 loaf(1lb) frozen bread dough,thawed |
Directions:
1. in small bowl,combine cheese,and seasonings. In another bowl,combine butter and garlic;set aside 2. Divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll into balls. Coat balls in butter mixture,then dip in cheese mixture. Place in greased 9x5 loaf pan. 3. Cover,let rise in warm place till doubled,about 1 hour. 4. Bake at 350 for 22-26 mins. or till golden brown.(Cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly. cool for 10 mins. before removing from pan to rack. Serve warm. |
