Serve with pork, poultry, or lamb. It's so flavorful that a mere tablespoon will do. Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Strain mixture through a sieve into a bowl; discard solids. |
