Serve with pork or lamb. Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage, rubbed |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Strain mixture through a sieve into a bowl; discard solids. Serve hot. |
