Easy chicken recipe. Serve with rice pilaf, a salad and a vegetable for a delicious simple meal. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon dried ground rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram |
3 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces in baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. 2. Mix salt, pepper and other seasonings in a small bowl. 3. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with seasoning mix. 4. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
