Healthy & VERY TASTY salad that I created. Ingredients:
lettuce (either romaine or iceberg) |
fresh basil (taste, finely chopped) |
fresh cilantro (taste, finely chopped) |
fresh oregano (taste, finely chopped) |
fresh rosemary (taste, finely chopped) |
1/2 jalapeno (finely chopped) |
1/2 fuji apple (diced) |
1/2 tomato |
1 scallion (chopped) |
blue cheese (taste) |
extra virgin olive oil |
balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients into SMALL bite-sized pieces. The objective is to get a little of everything on your fork. 2. Toss. 3. Serve. |
