Ingredients:
100 g firm silken tofu |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1 tbsp dried parsley |
1 tbsp dill, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until very smooth in a food processor. 2. Chill thoroughly before serving. |
