A lovely savoury bread, good on its own and perfect complement to soup. Background mosaic of herbs and sweetness of onion offsetting the tartness provided by the sun-dried tomato. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, ground |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped coarsely |
Directions:
1. Place first 7 (seven) ingredients in ABM according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. Set ABM on basic cycle for 1 1/2 lb loaf and activate program. 3. 5 Minutes before end of final kneading, add onion and sun-dried tomatoes. 4. Enjoy when done. |
