Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey |
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil |
1 tablespoon minced fresh sage |
1 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Place patties on grill rack; grill 7 minutes on each side or until done. |
