Sugarfree Cinnamon Coconut Almond cookies. Made for my father in law and named in his honor because he loves to pull your leg getting you to ask what's a henway. The answer is about 10-15 lbs depending on the bird. Ingredients:
1 cup splenda granular |
3/4 cup butter (softened) |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract |
1/2 cup coconut |
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons cream of tartar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream first bowl all together. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. |
