Taken from Reader’s Digest “Secrets of Better Cooking”…. I came across this list and decided to share it here, knowing some measurements may be difficult to convert. This list should help :+D Ingredients:

a pinch = less than 1/8th of a tsp |
1/2 tbsp = 1 1/2 tsp |
1 tbsp = 3 tsp or 1/2 oz |
1/8th cup = 2 tbsp or 1 oz |
1/4 cup = 4 tbsp or 2 oz |
1/3rd cup = 5 tbsp plus 1 tsp |
1/2 cup = 8 tbsp or 4 oz |
2/3 cup = 10 tbsp plus 2 tsp |
3/4 cup = 12 tbsp or 6 oz |
1 cup = 16 tbsp or 8 oz |
2 cups (8 oz) = 1 u.s. pint |
2 pints = 1 qt fluid measurement or 4 cups |
4 qt = 1 gallon |
8 qt (dry) = 1 peck |
4 pecks = 1 bushel |
Directions:
