These are packed full of tasty heat. Ingredients:
10 hard-boiled eggs |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 serrano chilies, seeded and minced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons mustard powder, dried |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder |
1/4 teaspoon pure chile powder |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Peel and cut boiled eggs lengthwise in halve. 2. Remove yolks and put in small bowl. 3. Set whites aside. 4. Mash yolks with remaining ingredients. 5. Refill eggs. 6. Sprinkle with paprika. |
